Trending Tradition – Return & Replacement Policy

At Trending Tradition, we are committed to delivering quality products that bring you joy and style. To maintain transparency and ensure a smooth experience, please read our return and replacement policy carefully.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

1. Unboxing Video Required:

   • Customers must record a clear, continuous video while unboxing the parcel, from opening the outer packaging to showing the product in full.

   • The video must show the shipping label and unopened parcel to ensure authenticity.

   • This video is mandatory evidence for any return or replacement request.

2. Condition of Parcel:

   • The parcel must be received in intact and untampered condition.

   • Products must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. Valid Reasons for Return or Replacement:

   • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

   • Size mismatch due to our dispatch error (not customer’s incorrect selection).

   • The product differs significantly from its description on our website.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

1. Email us at info@trendingtradtion.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

   • Your order number

   • Unboxing video attached (or share via Google Drive/Dropbox link if large)

   • Clear photos of the product showing the issue.

2. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection based on the evidence provided.

3. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process:

   • Replacement: Dispatch a new product.

   • Refund: In special cases only, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Important Notes

• Returns/replacements are not accepted for:

  • Products bought on sale or during special promotions unless defective or damaged.

  • Minor color variation due to photographic lighting or screen resolution.

  • Customized or altered products.

• If the unboxing video is not provided, Trending Tradition reserves the right to reject the return or replacement request.

• If the returned product fails the quality check (used, washed, or damaged by the customer), it will be sent back and no refund or replacement will be processed.
